This is a full-time, on-site recruitment role at Botspot Infoware Pvt Ltd in Ahmedabad. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, coordinating with hiring managers, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process to attract top talent.
Responsibilities
- Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Interviewing skills
- Experience in sourcing and screening candidates
- Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Must Have
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using recruitment tools and platforms
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- Certifications in HR or Recruitment would be a plus
